My Main Blog is Having an SEO Problem

Well as of now my main blog is having an SEO Problem ever since I found out that one of my sub folders have an error in their database. I am now doing link building in order to remove the SEO Problems that I am encountering in my Main Blog ( Tech At Hand Dot Net | Dexter Panganiban) I have seen hundreds of errors in Google Webmasters Tool. Well the good things is that the error has been rectified about 3 days ago. I am expecting to recover my losses after 1 to 2 weeks more.
